Part time position. Approximately 20 hours per week. Janitorial duties include sweeping and mopping of floors and keeping entrances clear of leaves and debris.  Maintenance duties include assisting other maintenance personnel with repairs and upkeep of apartments and common areas of our independent living retirement community.  Summer months may involve mowing and other light grounds work.
