Our Maintenance Manager is retiring, and we are seeking his full-time replacement. We are an Independent-Living, Senior Apartment facility and you will be responsible for the buildings and grounds maintenance. As a working supervisor, you and two maintenance techs will maintain our facility electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems, prepare apartments for new residents, provide mowing, landscaping, and other services to help maintain a safe, clean, and attractive facility.
